Each year, a $36 non-refundable registration fee is required for the first student of a family, $30 for the second family member, and $24 for the third family member. Additional family members are not charged for registration. A student taking lessons on multiple instruments is only required to pay one registration fee. Registration can be done at any time of the year, but you can save $5 if you register by August 1.
The September tuition payment is due by September 1st or at the time of registration. All returning students as well as new students need to register every year. Registration includes filling out the registration form, paying the registration fee and signing the form indicating your agreement with Conservatory policies and procedures as stated on the reverse side of the registration form and in the Student Handbook.
Selecting a Teacher:
We attempt to honor teacher requests. If multiple teachers are available, we will offer recommendations based on availability and schedule compatibility. All teachers are well qualified, with degrees in their field of music or significant professional experience. See the Faculty page for more information about our teachers.
After registering, you will be contacted by your assigned teacher to schedule a weekly lesson time. Teachers’ schedules vary. Most offer lessons on weekdays after school and in the evenings. Occasionally, a teacher will offer Saturday morning hours. Some teach home-schooled students earlier in the day. You and your teacher are responsible for setting a mutually convenient lesson time.
